Robotics: The study of computer-controlled machines that sense and move through their physical surroundings. Router: A specialized computer that controls the flow of traffic through computer networks. Routers keep track of each other, and in some cases how well traffic is flowing on the links among them, in order to calculate the most efficient path for sending packets of data to their destinations.
